Office Stools

Measure the height of your tabletop. In every case, there should be 10" – 12" between the bar stool seat and the bottom of the counter or table. Bar stools come in four standard seat height dimensions: short, counter height, bar height and extra tall.

We recommend that the distance between the centers of each bar stool be between 26" and 30". This allows at least 6" between each seat, allowing you to comfortably get in and out of your seat without bumping elbows. Stools that are 19" – 22" broad should have 8" – 10" between seats, while stools that are 19" – 22" wide should have 8" – 10" between seats.

Choose an adjustable-height bar stool for a more versatile option. They're equipped with hydraulic pumps that raise and lower the seat to provide comfortable seating for everyone.

K Offices also sells a full line of drafting chairs. Drafting chairs are taller than standard office desk chairs and are meant to seat an architect or designer at the height of a drafting desk. They’re not suited for work at a typical office desk.
